9.4/10 Exceptional! (10,707 reviews)
The hotel and the travel agency (Expedia) could not communicate effectively which cause us to have to spe3nd hours on the phone to have our reservation corrected. Both parties were to blame for all the hate and aggravation.
Additionally, we were given a room directly above a 24/7 construction project which kept us awake all night. When we were given another room, we found out that the front desk was not informed about the construction when they assigned us that room.
