Hôtel décevant malgré la bonne volonté du gérant

Les photos de l'hôtel sur votre site sont très complaisants mais ne correspondent pas à la réalité !!!!! L'espace piscine est décevant. Hotel vétuste. En accord avec le responsable de l'hôtel nous avons réduit notre séjour à une nuit. Seulement une prise de courant dans la chambre pour 2 téléphone, 1 ordinateur portable et une montre connectée. Le responsable de l'hôtel nous a gentiment proposé une autre chambre. Mais nous avons été également déçu. Nous n'avons donc pas eût envie de tester le restaurant ni de prendre le petit déjeuner. Bref très décevant pour le prix de 82€.

Séjour rando

Hôtel agréable à recommander avec piscine chauffée. Très bon séjour où nous avons randonné en famille au lac Pavin et au puy de Sancy où les paysages sont magnifiques. Visite de Clermont-Ferrant et du Mont-Dore où nous avons déjeuné au "Petit Paris", brasserie accueillante !

Hotel aan vernieuwing toe

Hotel is aan vernieuwing toe, gaat 3 maand dicht om een lift te plaatsen. Er was geen licht op de gang wegens een onweer, de badkamer had enkel een bad zonder douchescherm of gordijn, het bed kraakte... in de kast lag nog een laag stof en de verantwoordelijke was zwaar gestresseerd vermoed ik, heel gespannen. De ligging was ok, het ontbijt in orde en de keuken was super.

Hôtel bien situé dans un cadre de verdure, très calme, non loin du village de Besse, accueil chaleureux, chambre très clean, personnel très à l'écoute, par contre l'hôtel mérite une réhabilitation, décor très suranné, d'après la direction des travaux doivent être entrepris dès le mois prochain.

Mis a part le personnel qui est sympa, accueillant. - L'hôtel n'était pas du tous a nos attente, la piscine froide et beaucoup d'odeur de javel. - la salle d'eau inconfortable. - vue sur l'arrière, très moche. - pti déj très simple. Par contre le diner est bon, et pas loin de la station de Besse. Le Prix est chère et équivalent à un F1 en gros Désolé, Bon courage

Lieu agréable et personnel sympathique mais ...

Nous avons bien aimé l'ambiance cosy et l'amabilité du personnel. La piscine et le coin détente sont vraiment un plus. Superbe! Le seul bémol qui a son importance est à l'addition en fin de séjour, ou les petits déjeuners sont automatiquement factures que vous les ayez pris ou pas! C'est la 1ère fois que nous voyons cela. Lors de l'arrivée on nous a demandé si nous les voulions pour le lendemain et le reste du séjour, ce que nous avons répondu positivement. Malheureusement les ados se levaient soit tard, soit la grippe en a clouée 2 au lit! et donc plusieurs petits déjeuners n'ont pas pu être pris. Rien à faire il a fallu payer! La moindre des choses est de le dire au début du séjour, nous n'aurions pas eu cette mauvaise impression de nous être fait avoir alors que tout le reste est bien. Que ce commentaire serve au futurs clients pour les informer. Pour finir positivement, l'hôtel est sympathique !

Une bonne étape à Besse

Hotel bien situé, avec de l'air, du calme et de la verdure, et à cinq minutes à pied du centre-ville touristique ! L'abord est avenant, avec quelques tables pour boire un verre à l'extérieur. Les chambres sont propres et conformes au standard de la catégorie, mais strictement fonctionnelles. Le service est convenable, mais certains membres du personnel semblent un peu stressés et peu disponibles pour répondre à des demandes particulières. Le restaurant évoque une cantine et, même si la carte offre quelques plats intéressants, la cuisine est sans génie.
