Amazing!!!

The amazing place ever!!! It was my first time visiting there but due to Covid and country situation (which you shouldn’t worry about it all it’s all normal) guests were less than usual which was nice for me so I can relax more. I really loved the place. Every single person ( Drs, therapists, cleaners, waiters, chefs, literary everyone!!!) were so nice, kind and smiling amazing hospitality with amazing view and authentic treatments! Wifi was time to time not working but you should kind of do digital detox so for me it was good! Thank you very much

ここはまさに楽園です。素晴らしい自然の中で、アーユルヴェーダのトリートメントをうけ、毎食美味しいお料理を思う存分食べることができて、そして何より、心のこもったホスピタリティーで最高の毎日を過ごすことができました。ホテルは少し老朽化してシャワーの水圧が少し低かったりはしますが、バワの建築のホテルを維持するためにいつも床も拭いてきれいに掃除されていたり、広大な庭の手入れも常にされていました。 全てのスタッフからゲストを迎えるための気遣いが伝わってきて、またすぐに戻りたいと思うホテルです。

今回、初めてで10日間滞在しました。 アーユルヴェーダのトリートメント、食事、環境、スタッフの皆さんの対応すべて素晴らしく、リラックスし楽しむことができました。 施術用のオイルが肌に合わなかったのですが、ドクターに相談すると次からは別のオイルに変更するなど、速やかに対応してくださりました。小さいことも何でも相談しやすいです。 日本語の堪能なスタッフもいて心強いです。また各スタッフの皆さんも細やかに気遣ってくださるので、困ったらすぐに助けてもらえてとてもありがたかったです。

とにかくスタッフの皆さんが親切で、ほとんどの方が笑顔で、快適に過ごすことができました。しかし、他の宿泊客に勝手に傘を持って行かれた際、フロントに別の傘を準備してくれるように連絡したのに、すぐに準備をしてくれないなど、多少の不満もありました。建物は老朽化が進んでいますが、宿泊中もリフォームしていました。また、滞在したいと思います。

It was great from the start, when I arrived very early in the morning before 8:00 am, I immediately could check in, received breakfast and lunch as well as welcome treatments the same day without surcharge. The superb facility is beautifully located at a lovely beach, staff is super-friendly and attentive, and the therapists extremely professional, all communicating excellently in English and/or German. This was my first Ayurveda treatment at Heritance, but surely not my last.
