Really nice hotel in the centre of town. The staff were all friendly. I believe we were the only ones staying at the time. Breakfast was good with hot options as well. Rooms clean. However no options for dining in the evening

Gem in Bernkastel

Host communicated well and was very helpful. Location was ideal— walking distance from heart of BernKastel and along the Mosel. Breakfast was delicious. Only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby and hallways.

Bra läge om man har bil. Hotellet är i hyfsat skick även om det är gammalt. Frukosten är bra. Största nackdelen är trafiken utanför, men fönstren är mycket bra ljudisolerade.

Hyggelige sydtysklands vin markeder

Utroligt hyggeligt sted. Udenfor den store sæson så ikke mange gæster. Vi fik en utroligt god og rar service under omstændighederne. Intet at klage over og utroligt hjælpsom personale med råd.

Centralt läge

Rummet var fint och kändes nyligen renoverat, men hotellet som helhet behöver fräschas upp. Det luktade rök i receptionen och det fanns ett rökrum…. Vi hade rum mot gatan och det var väldigt trafikstört på morgonen från cirka 6 på morgonen. Hotellet ligger väldigt bra till nära centrum.

Sehr gute Lage direkt in Bernkastel. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Zimmer waren okay, aber zum Teil etwas dreckig (Staub auf Heizkörpern). Konnte leider nicht gut schlafen, da bei offenem Fenster viel zu laut (direkt an der Hauptstraße) und bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr stickig und zu warm (keine Klimanlage). Fernseher war leider während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes defekt.

Friendly hotel

Nice clean hotel in the heart of Bernkastel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and have good Internet. The only thing I didn't like is they have a very small parking lot and I had to pay off site a few blocks away to park. Ok breakfast buffet.

Wenn man Zimmer zur Straße hat ist es extrem laut. Ohne Ohrstöpsel konnten wir nicht schlafen. Wir hatten "Komfortzimmer" gebucht, davon war aber leider nichts zu bemerken. Die Einrichtung war sauber aber veraltet. Die Bar war leider nicht geöffnet. Davon war auf der Homepage leider nichts zu lesen.Der Aufschnitt beim Frühstücksbüffet war vom Discounter. Es gab zwar eine ordentliche Auswahl, aber für den Preis hätten wir etwas besseres erwartet. Dafür waren die Brötchen jeden Tag frisch und es gab viele versch. Sorten. Der Parkplatz für Gäste ist leider sehr klein. Man kann zwar günstig ein 3-Tagesticket für einen öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe kaufen, trotzdem wäre es schön, wenn man wenigstens zur An- bzw. Abreise ans Hotel fahren könnte. In diesem Hotel wird, was das angeht, mit zweierlei Maß gemessen. Autos anderer Gäste standen den ganzen Aufenthalt lang dort.

Habe eine Nach auf einer Geschäftsreise übernachtet. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Badezimmer ordentlich gereinigt und auch geräumig. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Dejligt hotel tæt på alting. Dejlig morgenmad og meget rent. Eneste triste var at der ikke var mulighed for at købe et glas vin eller noget, når man kom retur om aftenen.
