"What a great hotel! It felt very luxurious and was quite relaxing just off the lake but with some breathtaking views. Very walkable to the center of Evian and nearby ferry to Lausanne, which made a great day trip. The staff was very professional and helpful. The pool was magnificent. "Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"We loved this hotel for our ski weekend, everything was well thought out. We really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and indoor sauna after a day skiing. There are lots of lovely areas to sit with a drink including the bar area and for convenience straight downstairs to the lovely Savoyard restaurant. Ski republic was very well located for our ski rental and we were well positioned for the bus to La Chatel ski area and the village /ESF ski lesson office, and being situated in the beautiful...
