「酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。」

「Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful place. 」

「We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints! It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald 」

「You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. Many rooms have balconies of these stunning views. The staff is wonderful and the amenities are excellent. Both their restaurant and bar are excellent, and the rooms are clean and updated. 「The hotel (and restaurant) has been perfect for our sport trip in the week of Ironman Thun race. We have had the opportunity to put the bikes inside the rooms, to use the bike corner with every tools and pump and, finally, a free shuttle in the morning race, at 5am! About the restaurant, a great cousine with a cute service. 」

「我特意預訂了這家面向布里恩茨湖的酒店的旅館，住了兩晚。房間夠大，床和枕頭都舒適，淋浴間房很方便，應有的都有, 符合一般標準及氣味非常好的沐浴露，洗髮水和護髮素。樓下有餐廳，餐廳的擺設很可愛, 喜歡太陽可坐室外, 怕風的可坐室內, 餐廳侍應們都穿著飄零燕的山匿服飾, 舒適溫馨, 食物美味。整間旅館的設計就是典型的瑞士阿爾卑斯風格的木構房子，全部由木頭製成，卻沒有那種其他客人走過會聽到的木板噪音，非常舒適。旅館位置都算方便, 位於布里恩茨湖沿岸, 從布里恩茨車站拉著行李走20分鐘平坦路可到達.」

「The breakfast/lunch to go package was very nice for the price. Very handy to take on our trips our for the day. In the kitchen area they need to label more of the drawers and cabinets. Had to literally open every one to find the garbage. Label in multiple languages. 」
