"Para mim, esse hotel sempre foi referência em todos os aspectos. Entretanto, há alguns meses outra empresa assumiu o hotel e, desde então, decaiu muito a qualidade, principalmente da comida e da limpeza das áreas comuns. Também percebi a ausência de funcionários que desempenhavam muito bem o serviço e zelavam pela manutenção do bom atendimento e da qualidade. A estrutura do hotel é excelente e a região é linda, espero que logo retomem a qualidade anterior."
