Great modern hotel with spacious rooms!

Great room in very nice and modern hotel. Loved the pool and spa area. Fastest and smoothest elevator I have used. The staff we interacted with were friendly and professional and we would definitely stay there again!

The staff was very helpful. Big apartment. The location is very good, just next to U3. Many restaurants around, Kadewe, many shops. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Apartment room was good, well equiped and clean. The hotel was nice, the staff helpful and the food excellent. The only issue we had was the room was very warm overnight despite advertising rooms were air conditioned it was not available (told it is not switched on until it gets to a certain temperature).

Sana Berlin - Great Hotel

From arrival, all staff were welcoming and engaging. The hotel and apartment was very well appointed, clean and always someone around attending to make sure everything was just so. The spa was small but always clean and tidy and amazing views of the city while relaxing. Will definitely be back.

Great hotel for exploring Berlin

Hotel is in a great location for exploring Berlin, close to transport, shopping and eateries. Underground parking was convenient and restaurant meals were above average. Unfortunately the apartment we booked wasn't available when we arrived, and whilst we received an upgrade, the provided room didn't have all the facilities that you would expect from a suite. Staff were extremely helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience and provided assistance when they could to compensate for the error. Would happily stay here on our next visit to Berlin.

Great Berlin Hotel

We rented 2 rooms, a two bedroom unit through the hotel itself, when hotels.com said none were available, and a 1 bedroom unit through hotels.com. The two bedroom unit had a European washer/dryer combo in the room which was extremely convenient, although as is typical it took a long time to completely wash and dry a load of dirty laundry. Based on the hotels.com listing, we thought there would be a washer/dryer in the one bedroom unit, but there wasn’t. Nevertheless, both units were large and very comfortable, including a large bathtub/shower. The location was across the street from a U-Bahn station which made access to the rest of Berlin very easy and also across the street was a Donner kabob shop which our taxi driver said had the best donner kabobs in Berlin. They were excellent and very filling. Further down the street was a wonderful Lebanese restaurant, which had some of the best Middle Eastern food we’ve had. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was plentiful and tasty.

Great two bed two bath apartment

Great place to stay if you want two bedrooms, Also a great kitchen, although we did not use it. Fantastic staff at check in and rooms clean and well sized wiith good cupboards and two bathrooms which were both good. The only minor issue was the pillows, i asked for more supportive (memory foam) pillows but they did not have. Overall i would definitely stay there again.

A stay with very mixed feelings. Overall, the hotel is modern and nice. The room itself has all the amenities we needed. However, front desk was unfriendly (mainly Mr. P), room decently clean (could have been a little better). Very disappointing was the black mold in the shower and the 100% polyester bedding - get ready to sweat! For a 4*S hotel, one should expect more.

Good location

We stayed three nights at this hotel in December 2022. The hotel has a good location with 8-10 minutes walking distance from Kurfürstendamm. We stayed in a studio apartment with plenty of room for two people (couples). The hotel is medium or quite small compared to other chain hotels in the area and for us this suited us well. The studio apartment we stayed in worked well for us. Much is positive, but there are also some minuses. + Plenty of space with kitchenette, dining area, living room area with TV, good bedroom with TV and nice bathroom. - There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, so you have to wash dishes by hand. Furthermore, there are no natural places to hang outerwear when you return to the room. - We missed e.g. a little more basic equipment in the apartment such as paper towels in the kitchen, international TV channels. We solved the last problem of having an AppleTV with us with all our Apps installed. Then we could watch Netflix or our own channels in the evening after a long day of walking around the city. - It's starting to get a little tired here and there on the interior. Slightly poor cleaning in the kitchen and on top of the kitchen doors. - A bit difficult to control the temperature inside. There is a remote control in the apartment for heating/ventilation/cooling, but we could not get this to work to change the temperature either to warmer or colder.
