We loved our 3 bed room, the single bed in an almost extra little room and not just an additional cot in the room. The location is great, we walked very often by say and night to Museuminsel. The beds were comfy and my son described the bathroom as one of the best hotel bath experiences. I can only recommend it and plan to come back.

The room was clean and the staff who welcomed us at check-in were very friendly, so I have no complaints in that regard. However, overall I found the hotel quite disappointing for the price. The pillows provided were extremely thin, so in the evening we asked for additional ones. Unfortunately, the staff member on the night shift was rather unfriendly and sarcastically commented that “at night everyone suddenly comes looking for pillows,” accompanied by eye-rolling. This was completely different from the friendly service we had received when we arrived. The room was also extremely basic in terms of amenities. I had forgotten a few simple toiletries and asked whether the hotel had items such as cotton pads, cotton swabs or a shower cap, but nothing was available. I understand this is not a luxury hotel, but for the price I expected a little more attention to basic guest comfort. The biggest issue for us was the lack of effective air conditioning. We were given a room on the ground floor facing a public area/street, so opening the window for fresh air meant having people passing directly outside our room. That made the room uncomfortable, particularly at night. Breakfast was okay, nothing particularly memorable. I have stayed at another Premier Inn before and had a much better experience, which is why this stay was especially disappointing. The hotel was clean and conveniently located, but considering the price, comfort and level of service, I would not choose this particu

The hotel was clean with a comfy bed. We were in walking distance of the attractions in Berlin so convenient location. The area was nice and quiet with a few restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely stay again.
