I had a bad experience, I had booked the Hotel on 8 Aug to 11 Aug for "Superior Twin Room" (in Chinese named 高級雙人房), but finally my friend and I were assigned to live in a very small twin bed room (you can imagine that we could not locate the luggage horizontally and open it to pick up my clothes), we have questioned to reception but the hotel staff said they did not have such superior twin bed room, but it did still cost me the "superior twin room" price, I did not know why. I felt surprise and did not challenge to the staff to preventing making any argument. Here is the chance for me to explain my unpleasant experience, I don't know it is the misunderstanding between Hotels.com and hotel or the Hotel problem, but I finally a paid for the hotel with disappointment. Thank you for your kind attention. We do not want to have such experience again ever.
