"Reasonably clean. The bed was great, shower great. We had a suite with a kitchenette. The sofa was the absolute most uncomfortable thing I have ever sat on. Be aware that the kitchenette does not include any cookware whatsoever. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was what you would expect."

"The room was the cleanest I have stayed in, in a long time. Bed was very comfortable, slept very well. Quiet. A big room. The couch was a disappointment. It was just an oversized chair. "Property was dirty and unkept. Pool was very dirty, floating chunks of hair and black scum on the pool floor. We had requested a room with two beds and a pull out and were told when we checked in that all that was available was one bed and a pull out. Upon entering the room, the pull out had no linens and none were in the room, the mattress was filthy with food crumbs and stains covering it with no cover or protector. Called to the front desk who told us to come down and grab the items. Went to the front desk and was provided one flat sheet. Asked for more linens for a full bed set up and was handed a blanket and told the had no pillows or other linens. Very disappointing and quite disgusting. No apologies or remedies were offered."
