Das Hotel und die Anlage wirkt von außen ungepflegt, das Zimmer war sauber, auf den Bildern im Netz sehen die Zimmer besser aus. Kontakt mit Personal hatten wir nicht, lief per Telefon. War für uns i.O., Frühstück wurde wegen Corona nicht angeboten. War für uns aber auch kein Problem.

Zimmer und Bad war sauber. Allerdings hat der Boden unter dem Bett schon lange kein Wasser mehr gesehen: staubig und klebrig. Das gesamte Hotel, der Eingangsbereich, die Böden und Fenster und die Anlage drumherum bräuchten dringend eine Grundreinigung und Pflege. Wir kamen um 19.00 Uhr erst an. Das Hotel war zu. Die telefonische Anfrage ( Info hing im Hoteleingang an der Tür) gestaltete sich unproblematisch; ebenso die Schlüsselentnahme aus dem Tresor. Wir hatten nur 1 Nacht gebucht. Frühstück war wegen Corona noch nicht angeboten. Sind morgens wieder abgereist, ohne irgendeinen Menschen dort im Hotel anzutreffen. Uns hat es gereicht.

Immer wieder! Hotel mit eigenem Stil und familiären Charakter. Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr groß und gemütlich. Passendes Frühstück in einem netten heimeligen Frühstücksraum. Außergewöhnliche nette und hilfsbereite Inhaber.

Super Lage in der Nähe des Havelparks. Gute ÖPNV Verbindung nach Berlin. Die Ferienwohnung war schön groß. Etwas sauberer hätte sie sein können. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war, dass man nur tel. Kontakt zu den Vermietern hatte.

Die schönen Möbel des angenehm großen Zimmers werden komplett zunichte gemacht durch staubgraue und dazu fleckige Gardinen, den schmuddelig - fleckigen Teppich, die fleckige Bettüberdecke, eine dreckige Toilette (unten, innen schwarz), Schimmel/Kalkspuren an den Fliesen, schwarze Flecken an den heraushängenden Türdichtungen der Duschtür, einer leeren Minibar- die sich die Gäste alleine füllen sollen..., und durch das einfache Frühstück mit Krankenhaus Kaffee. Wohlfühlatmosphäre sieht anders aus.

Katastrophales Hotel

Diese Hotel sollte geschlossen werden. Die Außenanlagen sind ungepflegt und heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer war total verdreckt. Auf den zum Teil zerbrochenen Fliesen waren Abdrücke von Straßenschuhen. Die Toilette war dreckiger als eine Bahnhofstoilette. Die Rezeption war so gut wie nie besetzt. Rauchmelder fehlten. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. Es gab Aufbackbrötchen und Marmelade vom Discounter. Das ganze Hotel wirkte wie ein Lost Place.

Rezeption war die vier Tage nie besetzt. Bei Ankunft sollten wir den Schlüssel, aus dem Tresor entnehmen, zu einer persönlichen Begrüßung ist es nicht gekommen. Das Anwesen, war sehr ungepflegt. Hotelzimmer, war sehr schmutzig, Boden voller Flecke, Klobrille vergilbt, Staub ohne Ende. Nach einer beschwerde unsererseits, sagte man uns, wir sollen sofort bezahlen, sonst würde man uns aus dem Hotel schmeisen. Nach androhen, eine schlechte Bewertung ab zu geben, bekamen wir widerwillig, ein anderes Zimmer, welches etwas besser als das Erste war, aber für das Geld trotzdem ungenügend. Wir waren hier 4 Tage, in dieser Zeit haben wir 2× eine Putzfrau gesehen und 1× eine sehr nette Frau, die das Frühstück vorbereitete, dass war aber auch das Beste am Frühstück, 8.50€ für Aufbacksemmel, die knalle hart waren ist eine absolute Frechheit! Am Abreisetag, sollten wir den Schlüssel, auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Persönliche Kommunikation, fand in all der Zeit nicht statt. Fazit: Für das Geld , war es ein totaler Reinfall. Unverschämte Besitzer. Nie wieder!

Sehr nett das Personal und auch der Service. Leider ist die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt sonst ist es ganz schön und freundlich. - die Minibar Kinder gefüllt sein - das Silikon im Bad müsste getauscht werden Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht ganz den Preis entsprechen sonst trotzdem ist das Zimmer schön.
