evlt. als Notlösung, aber nicht angenehm

Ist ein ziemlich abgelebtes, um nicht zu sagen heruntergekommenes Containerbauwerk am Rande Berlins. Wenn man mobil und ein Sparfuchs ist, kann man das machen. Wenn man wert auf eine angenehmes, sauberes Zimmer legt, sollte man einen Bogen um das B1 machen. Werde ich künftig ebenfalls so handhaben.

Unfortunate, not a good experience.

Not good experience. I don‘t like to leave bad reviews but .... First night. I arrived after hours. They failed to leave to leave a key in the outside security box. Failed to answer the phone. Failed to call me back the next day after I had left a message. Spent the night sleeping in a chair in the recreation room till the morning when I was finally able to get into my room. My hotel room and the whole hotel for that fact smelled of cigarette smoke. The upholstery in the room was dirty and the bed was worn out and just about no support.

B1 Alt Kaulsdorf

Einfache, saubere Bleibe ohne Komfort. Einrichtung altbacken, Schrank und Bett im desolaten Zustand (Matratzen Zi. 219 komplett durch gelegen - Rückenschmerzen programmiert). Anbindung ok, Bus vor der Tür zur U-Bahn - Fahrzeit zum "Alex" ca.40 Minuten (Sonntags auch mal 80 min durch nicht abgestimmte Anschlüsse). Kostenfreie Parkplätze im gesicherten Areal - sehr gut! Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter gut+, Frühstück für 6.- € .... 1- (Rührei wäre schön) Fazit: Wer eine sehr preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit 12 KM außerhalb des Zentrums sucht, viel Zeit für Bus und Bahn hat, gerne läuft, keinen Komfort braucht und gerne in einer "Hängematte schläft" kann nichts falsch machen. Wer mehr anlegen kann / möchte sollte sich näher ins Zentrum orientieren, da die Bus/Bahn Fahrt uns ab dem 2 Tag genervt hat weil zuviel Zeit verloren geht. Die Berlin Welcome Card ist gut (Bsp. 72 Std gültig für 28.- € pro Nase) Und wie immer: alles subjektiv

Sehr positiv war das freundliche Personal und das super Frühstücksbuffet. Echt Klasse. Negativ war die Außenansicht des Hotels und die sehr alte, teilweise kaputte und fleckige Einrichtung und die Teppiche. Trotz allem aber gepflegt und sauber. Auch das Bad. Das Hotel liegt leider an einer sehr befahrenen Straße und ist daher wahnsinnig laut. Für 1-2 Nächte in Ordnung.

In der Dusche lag ein Stück Seife des Vormieters und es roch im Zimmer etwas alt und seltsam. Sonst ist alles in die Jahre gekommen qber gut gepflegt und sauber. Dem Preis angemessen würde ich sagen

Leider haben wir nie jemanden gesehen im Hotel es stand im der Beschreibung das es 15min vom Flughafen war und mir den öV schnell erreichbar es war gut erreichbar aber nicht schnell 40-45 min bis zum Zentrum und 1.13std bis zum Flughafen sonst ist das Hotel für diesen Preis gut

Für den Preis war alles in Ordnung. Einfache Ausstattung, aber für reine Übernachtungen ausreichend. Obwohl sehr weit im Osten der Stadt, ist das Zentrum mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln relativ schnell erreichbar.

Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis

Sehr einfaches Hotel, aber für wenige Übernachtungen vollkommen ausreichend. Genug Parkpätze, Fernseher könnte größer sein ( dann bleibt aber weniger Platz auf der Kommode...) WLAN war nur selten nutzbar, Kein Aufzug. Restaurant und Supermarkt in Laufweite, aber ansonsten eher "janz weit draussen". Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, kein Problem. Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt

The best price solution

Very good hotel, though rather far from the city. But If you have a car, that is the best solution. Breakfast worths of buying it. The area is calm. I'm completely satisfied. Do recommend.

Enkelt hotell i en förort till Berlin. Räkna med 30 minuters resa med tåg/buss från centrum. På plussidan finns en väldigt god frukostbuffé för 6€.

Without wi-fi for a week

The beginning of the stay seemed fine taking into account the price, albeit the fact that there was no desk in the room where one could properly work was unpleasant. It was explained that the cleaning occurs only upon request and not on a daily basis but that is manageable. However, the wi-fi ceased to work soon aftewards and it did not get repaired until the end of my stay which was almost a week in total. It was virtually impossible to put pressure on the staff on this matter since the reception is only open in the afternoon and evening and who cannot be there in person at that time, has no effective way to get in contact with the hotel management. Some other networks available in other wings of the hotel seemed to be working but not in the wing this room was located at. Based on my experience, I consider the overall evaluation of the wi-fi quality in this hotel at this page (assessed quite positively) misleading. While technical equipments sometimes ceases to work (though in facilities which are careful with it it happens rarely), I have never experienced such negligence with respect to the time that it takes to get broken equipment repaired before. If wi-fi is not a requirement for you, it is an acceptable place to stay but those who need to work online or just do not want to have constant difficulties with internet connection would better avoid staying here.

Tired hotel, cheap and served our needs

Staff was friendly but didn't speak English. That is a shame since that is not good customer service. Many people come to Berlin that don't speak German. Luckily we had someone to translate. Staff was friendly. Bar area nice to socialize, but vending machine for beer or drinks was broken one night. Rooms were tired but was fine for 1 night. Good value for the money. Close to town. Breakfast was okay.

Good low budget hotel

This hotel is very popular for different type of drivers (lorry, coach, bus, van). Big minus for me no lift and smoking allowed in the bar. Anyway had a nice and clean room, very warm with double glazing. Spacious car park. Good breakfast.
