First time staying but would definitely stay again. Easy to book and check-in on line. Access codes received on day of arrival and worked perfectly. Felt safe walking around at all hours. Nearest S/U Bahn is a comfortable 10 minute walk. Loads of places to eat in close proximity. The only thing that could improve it would be a safe in the room.

Overall, Homaris Boxi Studios is a good stay. PROS: - Clean room - Quite comfy bedding - Clean and functional kitchen in the room - Opening windows for fresh air - Private bathroom and a nice hot shower - Easy check-in and checkout - Guest access only to Luggage storeroom - Close to the metro station (U5 - Frankfurter Tor) - Bars and restaurants on the street CONS (for room 14): - Leaking shower head - Mildew growth around shower pan - Mold smell coming from bathroom. If not for the shower issues, I would stay in that room again :)

This was a great stay in Germany. The only thing we didn’t care for was the parking. It’s street parking in a very busy area. We always kicked out but could see it being an issue

Estudio nuevo y todo muy limpio, las zonas comunes también . Camas cómodas. Utensilios de cocina adecuados ( dejan balleta y estropajo nuevos, 2 pastillas lavavajillas, cápsulas de café , té, azucar, algo de aceite...).Habitaciones muy bien insonorizadas, no so oye nada.La nuestra fue silenciosa porque daba a un patio interior grande compartido con otro edificio..Excelente ubicación, barrio seguro, ambiente pintoresco e intercultural, con restaurantes de todo tipo y terrazas, un Lidl a 10 minutos, boca de metro a menos de 5 minutos andando, a pocas paradas de los puntos más importantes para visitar. ( Pedimos toallas y papel higiénico a un mantenedor que encontramos abajo, y nos las dio sin problema). Como datos menos positivos: en 7 días no pasaron a limpiar el apartamento, no dejan cepillo de barrer ni fregona, tuvimos que pedir el papel higiénico; almohadas imposibles, para cuatro personas se queda un tanto pequeño, parecía más grande en las fotos. ( Aún así, a nosotros nos ha compensado, por la ubicación y tranquilidad sobre todo, hemos estado cómodos ).

Clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Fantastic location near a lot of great bars and restaurants. Multiple convenient public transit options. Remote support agents are VERY responsive. If I had to find something to complain about, the water temperature in the shower fluctuated hot and cold quite a bit, but that's hardly a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, excellent. Exactly what I needed for a week. Clean, quiet and great location. Public transportation, restaurants, etc are all nearby and easily walkable. Would stay here again.

Logement très petit contrairement aux photos sur le site. Lit superposé peu confortable avec une planche grinçante en suite de sommier. Lit canapé peu confortable avec un matelas très fin et des ressorts grinçants. Table très petite pour déjeuner à 3 personnes. Salle de bain et espace cuisine correctes.
