Sehr saubere Wohnung, großzügig geschnitten. Recht gute Ausstattung. Leider wird das Gepäck nur bis 15 Uhr aufbewahrt und die Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist etwas kompliziert. Alles in Allem aber - auch wegen der günstigen Lage - zu empfehlen

Our family loved that the U8 and the M1 & M8 were just steps away from our entrance. Lots of restaurant options and convenience stores just a short walk away. Not too noisy although we had a balcony right in the center square. The A/C was such a luxury in one bedroom of 3 and the kitchen/living area. Reception was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and to print our ICE train ticket, and store luggage till our room was ready. I would definitely stay again!

Apartment is modern and in great location. Right next to subway station (U-Bahn, U8 line), and tram, and bus. The “deluxe apartment” has two rooms and one bathroom. They put an extra bed, so it can sleep 6 (2 one room, 4 the other). Very active neighborhood. You can hear the cars from the bigger room. Reception is open 9-5pm. They have emergency phone line for afterwards. Lots of restaurants near by. The Turkish donor place across the street is open 23 hours/day. Heater didn’t work one day. Had to turn it off then on from the switchbox (as instructed by reception). Would stay here again.

Vi är så nöjda! Perfekt lägenhet för oss som familj på fyra. Rent och fint, bra utrustning. AC! Trevlig personal. Jättesnälla städerskor som verkligen frågade flera gånger om vi hade allt, nya handukar? Kaffe? Mkt ingick, små saker som är trevliga tex kaffe, lite choklad, vattenflaska osv. Perfekt läge, massa restauranger, roligt att se på folk, nära kommunikationer. Vi är supernöjda! Sköna sängar.

The positives are that we couldn’t fault the location - perfect for the town square and sightseeing and room was very clean and practical. Be aware the hotel is very dated - even with it’s amazing history there are improvements that could be made: beds were very small, uncomfortable mattress, very very light curtains (meaning you were awake every morning at sunrise.) An alarm went off very early one morning for an incredibly long time - no checks at all (certainly not on the top floor) or explanation from staff who we saw at breakfast. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the hotel can do packed lunches for you if you ask. Overall, with so many options available I’m not sure we’d stay here again however if you’re looking for a perfect location we couldn’t fault it on that.

Worked well, but needs small improvements...

The apartment was in a great location, located by the subway (Rosenthaler Plat) and many restaurants. My husband and I chose a 2-bedroom apartment for us and our three boys (ages 13, 11, and 9) and it was perfectly large for us all to sleep comfortably. The communication from the front desk for check in was amazing. Rather than a check-in during business hours, they were able to send us online codes to check in and it was an absolute breeze after taking an 8-hour train from Paris. There are a few downsides to this apartment (and the others in the building, I assume). One would be the beds inside of the apartment. They were incredibly firm/hard, and by the end of our five day stay, my back and neck were in a lot of pain. The pillows were also not great, not nearly enough support. Another complaint was the level of street noise. While we LOVED the view of the street (we were on the fourth floor, and while there was no balcony, there were large windows), the noise from the street was very distracting, especially at night while we were trying to sleep. But there is air conditioning, which is a huge bonus when you visit during the summer. There is nothing better than air conditioning after walking around Berlin on the hot days. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Berlin and at the Rosenthal Residence Apartments. With some small improvements, we would very likely stay again!

Rent og bra leilighetshotell. Det er kjøkken og utstyr til å lage enkel middag for fire. Veldig kort veg til undergrunnen, slik at man har god tilgang til hele byen. Det er heller ikke langt å gå til Alexander plass etc. Trikken går i gaten og lager en del støy om natten, og det er litt lytt mellom etasjene. Alt i alt er vi fornøyde med oppholdet.

최고의 숙소! 힙한 상권에 위치해 있고, 대중교통을 이용하기에 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 넓은 객실이어서 쾌적했고, 침대도 넓고 편안했고, 무엇보다 주방 시설이 있어서 가족과 함께 머무르기에 아주 좋았어요! 단 하나 단점이 있다면 바로 앞 도로의 트램소리 때문에 소음이 조금 있습니다만, 저희 가족은 소리에 민감하지 않아서 아주 잘 잤습니다.
