Kaikki lähellä

Hotelli on aivan lähellä isoa ostoskatua, jossa mm. Lidl ja iso kauppakeskus. Bussipysäkki on melkein vieressä. Helppo lähteä joka suuntaan, ja mm. Charlottenburgin linna lähellä, jossa joka vuosi upeat Joulumarkkinat. Päästäkseen huoneisiin joutuu kävelemään portaissa muutamat askelmat, sillä hissi pysähtyy aina kahden kerroksen väliin, ei kohdalle.

zimmer und WC waren gut sauber. Oeffentliche Vekehrsverbindung auch sehr gut. Aber Parkplatz war schwer zu finden.

Gute Lage, aber beste Zeiten hinter sich.

Sehr gute Lage. Einkaufsstrasse gleich um die Ecke. Super italienisches Restaurant (Roma) gleich vis ä vis. Zimmer renovationsbedürftig. Ultrakleines Bad. Sauberkeit lässt leider etwas zu wünschen übrig. Kein Service - Zimmer werden nur wöchentlich gemacht! Fazit: Nur zum übernachten und mal duschen reichts aus. Wer echten Hotelservice sucht und ein wirklich schönes, sauberes Zimmer möchte - nicht empfehlenswert.

Buon Hotel, la cucina ha tutto il necessario per preparare pasta carne e piatti non troppo complessi. All'arrivo camera pulita e in ordine con gli asciugamani di servizio. Unica, ma neanche troppo, pecca è l'assenza di un phon per i capelli. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Al prezzo proposto è stata un'ottima scelta, vista anche la bella e tranquilla zona

Hyggeligt kvarter med god atmosfære.

Dejlige hotel lejligheder til prisen, meget bedre end forventet. Nemt at køtre til, og dejligt at der var mulighed for at parkere i aflåst garage. Hotelllet ligger godt i forhold til mange af byens seværdigheder, som var i gåafstand fra hotellet.

Excellent location in Charlottenburg

The hotel seems a bit worn in places, the cleaning could be better and the check in macine did not work at first when we checked in. But the flats are spaceous, well equipped and the location is nearly perfect in the Charlottenburg area. We will certainly recommend the hotel to others.

meget god plads - et godt sted for familier

Vi rejste med vores 18mdr gamle datter og blev positivt overraskede, da vi opdagede, at det var en hel lejlighed, vi fik. Rigtig fint at kunne lave lidt grød selv og kaffe og køleskab til fx yoghurt og mælk. Ligger rigtig fint ift midtbyen. Meget god forbindelse med off.transport. kun 10 min med U-Bahn. mulighed for rigtig god morgenmad på hotellet.

dejligt værelse - Meget tæt på det hele.!

Et meget fint værelse, med god plads. Værelset var i fin stand. Der var et lille køkken med service. Det ligger rigtig godt og meget centralt, 3- min gang til nærmeste S-og U-bahn, og indkøbsmuligheder. Vi var afsted med et barn på 1½ år, hvilket gik rigtig godt med klapvogn. Der er parkering muligheder ved hotellet, og gratis parkering i nærheden.

Home away from home

Excellent choice for couples looking for a break from hotel rooms. We also made some food in the kitchen which gave us the home feeling we were needing. Breakfast is good and the staff were nice. Great for both families, couples, everyone I think looking for the basic things and more space.

When I arrived my room was not even made, reception closed early - and entire weekend. I paid to use the wifi, but that was a joke as there was only one spot in the entire room where the signal strength was strong enough.

Die U-Bahn war in unmittelbarer Nähe, alles gut zu erreichen.

Für längeren Aufenthalt besser geeignet

Zentral gelegenes, großzügiges, sauberes Appartement, mit kleiner Küche und sehr kleinem Bad (es ist schwierig die Türe zu schließen, wenn man die Toilette benutzen will). Auch wenn man, so wie wir nur zwei Nächte bleibt, sollte es möglich sein, die Betten zu machen und das Bad zu säubern. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Man muss dazu allerdings nach draußen, dh. bei Regen, den Schirm nicht vergessen.

Ein Dach über dem Kopf

... und mehr ist es leider nicht. Man könnte meinen, dass bei so einer befahrenen Lage die Fenster schalldicht sein sollten, aber der Besucher wird eines Besseren belehrt: meine Balkontür lies sich nicht mal richtig schließen. Ein Anruf bei Rezeption hat nur ergeben, dass es so sei und im übrigen gibt es keine Alternative zu dem Zimmer, weil eh alle belegt sind. Den Satz "tut uns leid" habe ich nicht vernommen. Man sollte dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall ohne Handy annähern, denn zu später Stunde (16:00) ist nur ein Automat aktiv, der ein simples Passwort haben will, das wenn nicht kennt und einem nicht mitgeteilt wird, sehr schwer sein wird zu erraten. Fazit: Jede Jugendherberge hat bei weitem mehr Anspruch. Ich meine für dem was ich bezahlt habe, und das ist nicht wenig, kann man auch in Berlin mehr verlangen.

Nicht begeistert! Kein zweiter Besuch !

- Zimmer in einem nicht akzeptablen Zustand (Balkontür ließ sich nicht öffnen, der Fernseher war nur beschränkt einsetzbar, im Bad ´lauerte es von Wühlmäusen ...)
