"Como resumen: la construcción es increíble, recreando una auténtica hacienda. El personal es fantástico, especialmente Fatima, la recepcionista. Pero hay una clara falta de personal y de coordinación, que finalmente se resuelve gracias a la buena voluntad de los empleados. Llegamos a las 8pm y nuestra habitación estaba sin hacer, otro día no cambiaron las toallas… Todo resuelto gracias a la buena voluntad de cada uno de los empleados a los que acudimos con el problema. Unfortunately, the host is trying too hard: After I had checked in with her vrother, she got me out of bed after 22:00 just to say hi. And when I checked out, she had already thrown away my food from the fridge. She had thought it was somebody else's, but why? "
