Das Personal ist ausnahmslos extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das habe ich selten so erlebt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles sehr frisch und lecker. Einzig das Rührei. Hier würde ich vorschlagen, eine kleinere Portion ans Buffet zu stellen und dann öfters mal frisch nachzulegen. Das Rührei in dieser großen Menge war leider nur lauwarm. Geschmacklich allerdings auch sehr gut 😊 Das Hotel im allgemeinen war sehr sauber und das Zimmer nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder

Zimmer okay, Bad winzig, toller Wellnessbereich. Beim letzten Aufenthalt gab es einen Wasserschaden & heute Morgen um 6 Uhr Feueralarm, weil es in der Küche einen Zwischenfall gegeben hatte. Anschließend stand nur noch kaltes Wasser für das Duschen und die darüberhinaus gehende Morgentoilette zur Verfügung😢😢😢 Eine angemessene Entschädigung wurde nicht angeboten 😡

Für eine Nacht reicht's, aber weder ist der Raum klimatisiert, noch sind die Betten wirklich Kingsize - es sind halt zwei Matratzen mit Lücke. Das Personal hat die Rezeption nicht im Blick, es gibt auch keine Klingel - Wartezeiten vorprogrammiert. Es gibt keine Jalousien, im Sommer wird's also um 4:30 Uhr hell im Raum - geht absolut gar nicht, wenn man nicht dran gewöhnt ist. Man hört die Straße trotz geschlossenen Fenstern, generell ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig gewesen. Dafür 25€ für eine Nacht für einen Hund finde ich unverschämt.
