「Everything was wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The restaurant was amazing! Delicious food and wonderful staff as well, and the atmosphere in there was so nice. We enjoyed the stream rooms and saunas one night. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the town of Mutters, with Innsbruk in the background and the stunning mountains surrounded everything like a postcard. Travel to and from the hotel into Innsbruk and the ski resorts was very easy with public...

「Unfortunately we had no shower gel and the hot water was Luke warm in the shower on the first morning. Once we spoke to reception this was rectified. The only thing we were disappointed with was our rooms weren’t cleaned with beds made for the time we stayed. The sofa bed in the first room was cleaned with the bed made however the main bedroom and bathroom was left. The location was great and walking distance to the train station and many restaurants. 」

Besonders gefreut hat uns das Upgrade auf ein großzügiges Split-Studio mit Küchenzeile und Wohnbereich – für unseren 3-tägigen Aufenthalt war das perfekt. Das moderne Design des Hotels ist wunderschön, und sowohl Fitness- als auch Wellnessbereich mit Sauna haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das gesamte Team war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch das Frühstück mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen und einer guten Auswahl hat...
