「Lots of attractions for kids, rooms a bit small, but ok. Staff very friendly. Close to mountains and next to cable car 🚡. Lots of free parking spaces. Hotel offers free access to local transport links like busses or trains to Innsbruck, so you can leave the car in the hotel and travel by train to Innsbruck. Inside the hotel there's also train tunnel museum which is interesting and free. Food was quite nice too. Would recommend. 」

「This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was cozy and clean. I enjoyed going in the beautiful sauna and steam room. For dinner they served a beautiful 5 course meal that was delicious and fresh. The breakfast was also amazing! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone who passes through vipiteno, and I hope to come back here again! 」

「Had been travelled over 10 years but never been charged for asking hot water! My parents were over 75, they would like some hot water for drinking. Due to no cups nor water boiler in the room, we asked for the hot water from the owner nicely. It came out to be..$0.5 euro per 400 ml. You can do your own judgement whether it is reasonable or not. (Asked during working hours)」
