「The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit.」

「I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...

「The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. "An average hotel, that while close to Times Sq and transport is not in a very nice area. The hotel lobby was a crowded zoo at all times of the day, expect to queue for lifts almost always. We had a room on the 3rd top floor, Saturday night we barely slept with thumping music from the rooftop bar. I can only imagine what those in the rooms above went through The room itself was comfortable enough, the bathroom is tiny but in decent condition. If you get a good deal this hotel may be acceptable. "
