「Very homey place with extremely helpful staff!」

「Loved this place, one of our favourites on our trip. The sauna and hot tub is a special touch. The breakfast was delicious.」

「this historic property in Haro was very nice. a beautiful lounge/covered courtyard and large rooms and bathrooms. while the frontdesk staff were very nice, many of them did not speak english so it was hard to ask for assistance or help. breakfast was not included (15 euros for a breakfast buffet) and we did not eat at the in house restaurant」

「Very special property in the beautiful wine country right along a peaceful river. Onsite restaurant was very good as well with great wine selection.」

「What I didn’t like was that there was no bottle of water in the room complementary even when the place is like 100 degree warm . He told us that the water are in the lower level and the miniature size water was 2 euros . We didn’t eat breakfast there as we had to leave early」

「D’abord on nous donne la clé de la chambre et la fenêtre etait ouverte et pas moyen de la fermer ! J’ai réclamé on m’as donné une deuxième exactement la même chose fenêtre cassée ! Je réclame et une troisième chambre pas moyen d’éteindre les lumières ! On a du dormir avec les lumières ! Et en plus la télé était bloquée sur le football ! Pas moyen de voir autre programme !!! Mauvaise expérience !」

「Chambre vetuste. Rideaux en mauvais état. Pas de réfrigérateur. Restauration et bar ferme. Petit déjeuner léger. Nous ne sommes pas trop exigeant mais hotel a éviter...」
