Good value choice

Stayed in private en suite room , suited my needs was only there to sleep really though the big Smart tv was nice to have. They do not allow eating and drinking in the rooms tho there is an area that people can use for this. Location was good walkable to train station, close to bus for airport and Cita Alta. Plenty of eating options close by.

We just wanted a place to stay in Bergamo ready for our early morning flight so we didn’t want to pay too much, just wanted a place to rest our heads. The price of our room was really good and the place itself exceeded our expectations considering the price. Very very clean.

Great Hostel in a Great Location

Stayed for one night prior an early morning flight from Bergamo airport. Had a private bathroom with toilet and shower. 4 minutes walk from bus stop to get airport bus. 9 minutes walk from Bergamo train station. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to funincular if you want to see Bergamo Old Town. Would definitely recommend and stay again at this hostel.

Watch charger went missing

Review had the potential to be really good up until i was packing to leave and noticed my apple watch charger had disappeared from the room. Was good up until this! Room was spacious and clean and bed comfortable. However, the charger situation left a bad taste.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this hostel. The room I was given was completely different from what I had booked, and the images on the Expedia listing were totally misleading. To make matters worse, I was woken up at 7 a.m. on a Saturday by loud construction directly outside my window, making it impossible to sleep. We only got 5 hours of rest, ruining our day. On top of that, the noise from people shouting all night made it even worse. I contacted Expedia for support, and despite providing all the details, the hotel denied any responsibility and lied about the situation. They claimed I didn’t raise the issues with them directly, which was not true, and refused to issue a refund. Avoid this place at all costs. The service is misleading, and they clearly don’t care about guest satisfaction.

Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde

Yövyimme yhden yön verran, mutta tulemme jatkossa uudelleen. Huoneessa oli kaikki tarvittava, se oli erittäin siisti ja kaikki toimi ilmastointilaite mukaan lukien. Lisäpisteet vohvelikankaisista pyyhkeistä, ympäristöystävällistä! Lähistöllä kaikki palvelut ja Bergamon keskusta kulman takana. Hinta-laatusuhde täydet pisteet!

Muy buena experiencia en este alojamiento. Muy bien ubicado con la estación de tren. Fácil de moverte por el centro de Bergamo Funicular a 10 min para subir al centro histórico. Muy limpio la habitación y el baño. La atención fue excelente facilitando el aparcamiento. Muy recomendable.

Handig voor Como-verkenners!

Dit is geen Bed&Breakfast. Het is een Airbnb waar je zelf kan inchecken en uitchecken. Om er te verblijven dien je een security deposit te geven dat achteraf wordt terugbetaald. De kamer was modern en proper. Het bevat een flatscreen-tv en een minikoelkast. De badkamer heeft een regendouche. Het komt ook met een volledig voorziene keuken. De buurt is best bereikbaar met de auto.

Las personas en recepción fueron muy amables. El lugar estuvo muy limpio, el wifi muy bueno. El hostel estaba en un lugar céntrico, de fácil acceso y con muchas tiendas alrededor. Se podía contar con transporte público y parking. Mejoraría si se pudiera contar con un fríobar en el cuarto para poder mantener nuestras líquidos fríos aunque se ofrecieron a guardar nuestras cosas. Definitivamente regresaré. Muchas gracias!!!

Llegue en la noche la estación de bus terrible llena de personas de mal vida y lastima que el hotel está bien situado pero casi en los 10 min a pie que se tiene que llegar se ve muy peligroso DE NOCHE porq de día está muy bien. No hay aire acondicionado desde las 12 pm y hace mucho calor !!! En esta época tuvimos que abrir las ventanas.
