Check-in was completely seamless and hassle-free, the property didn’t have a receptionist and check in was easier than most hotels with a reception. The location couldn’t have been better - ideal for exploring Bergamo. But what truly stood out was the unbelievable value for money. You get far more than you pay for, especially considering how special the room felt. The photos simply didn’t do it justice - it was even more beautiful and comfortable in person. "
