「Centrally located and perfectly adequate standard for a budget-prized acommodation. Safe and quiet, helpful host and a good bed. No luxury, but good valua for money.」

「Excellent location and a really lovely room」

Assolutamente...

「Hotel was gorgeous but a few things let it down. 1. I had to chase for the ZTL exemption and the key code to enter the property 2. When we arrive the car gates did not open using the code we had been provided, this had to be updated after I had called 3. Coffee machine in room did not work 4. Shower head fell off when we were using it 5. Hairdryer did work, then stopped working half way through 6. No towels for our daughter, just two sets put out 7. Safe could not be opened, luckily did not...

「The hotel looked like a museum with all of the statues, incredible chandeliers, mosaic tile floors and artwork lining the hallways. I love how the hotel was very historic but the spa was very contemporary. The room was good for sleeping, dark and quiet, although the pillows were not great and the mattress was harder than I find comfortable. Wonderful amenities and location. Truly the grandest of the hotels along the lake.」

「Our stay was just perfect. The apartment was spacious, clean and really cosy. There were good air conditioner, kitchen had all equitments and bathroom was nice. We got good sleep before flight!」

「The stay is very wonderful! The room is well-decorated and clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The quality of the 2-euro breakfast worths far more than it costs. If I come back to Bergamo, will definitely book it again. Rmb to inform the reception of wt time u will arrive 1-2 days in advance as it's a small hotel with 6 rooms, staff is not always here.」

「Good service and very flexible with very late arrival」
