「Apologize that I have to leave a bad comment for this hotel. When I check-in around 17:00 at the reception. My booking is 2 people for 2 nights which I showed the booking her. She blaimed me that "I asked you that are you travel alone and you say yes. Then I give you 1 card. Anyway, I can give you another one.". 」

「Superb communication and support whenever we needed it from Ronald. The boat was comfortable and well equipped. 」
