The staff was so nice. The room was large, 4 post bed, mini frig, beach and bath towels in room. It was very clean. Balcony was nice with sturdy chairs and table. View was nice over pool. Free beach chairs. Can by drinks/food- everyone there also nice. Good place to rest, be at beach, breakfast good, restaurant/bar in hotels right there. Thank you for a good stay!

The rooms are big and the pool is nice, the location is a bit far out from most restaurants but it’s a nice walk on the beach. However, on the final day of our trip my 18c gold ring was stolen from our balcony which was a family ring of huge value. The manager helped us look through security footage but made us pay for a tuk tuk to the police station (5 min down the road), as opposed to offering a free lift. The cleaner who worked the day the ring disappeared, was suspiciously off sick the next day so we couldn’t question him. For something so valuable to get stolen, it completely ruined our trip and I am absolutely distraught by it. Stay away from the hotel if you want to keep your valuables safe.

2 nights in Bentota

No one in reception on our arrival (2pm). When shown to our room nothing was explained, ie, where and when to get breakfast, as I happens it was in the next hotel song. The pool shower was also in that hotel. In our room the a/c had only 2 positions, on and off, therefore at night either to hot or in a cold draft. And the shower drain was blocked!!

The staff and manager, Premod were very helpful, attentive and the premises were clean. We enjoyed our stay at Prince Villa and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Отдыхали в данном отеле вдвоем с женой. В целом об отеле благоприятное впечатление. Когда въезжали, нам вместо стандарта предложили улучшенный номер. Мы согласились, доплату с нас не попросили - это радует. Номер от стандарта отличается только размером (немного больше), и выше потолки. Завтраки - каждый день практически тоже самое, не шведский стол и не меню, а они сами готовят. В завтрак входит: тарелка с нарезанными фруктами, свежевыжатый сок (папайя или арбуз), тосты, масло, джем, булочка или пирожок, вареное яйцо или омлет или жареное яйцо, чай или кофе. Выбрать можно только чай или кофе, а также как приготовить яйцо. Остальное только то, что они сами решили, то и подадут. В принципе голодными мы не оставались. В принципе все неплохо, ужинали в ресторане Вондербар - нам понравилось. Отель Принц Вилла на одной территории с отелем Вондербар (это просто отдельный корпус), поэтому можно пользовать услугами отеля Вондербар. И если объяснять кому то куда Вам нужно - проще говорить Вондербар - его все знают. Лежаки у моря - бесплатно. Там же у моря есть душ. Минус отеля - он достаточно далековато от центра, пешком вечером до центра не дойти - только на тук туке. Соответственно и ближайщий супермаркет в 2-х км от отеля. Плаж около отеля с большими волнами, и поэтому нам приходилось идти по побережью примерно 1 км, к месту где можно нормально купаться в океане, и соответственно там брать платные лежаки. Вай фай в номере никакой. Но мы пользовались интернетом местной симки.

Fik rum i stueetagen trods ønske om balkon. Lige udenfor dørene bygges der fra morgenstunden. Der forefindes ingen restaurant på stedet og derfor er det mere nærliggende at bruge nabo hotellet Wunderbar. Der er der fin udsigt og hyggelig stemning. Personalet på Prince Villa er til gengæld alletiders.

Simple and clean

The room was simple but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating with late checkout. The pool is shared with the neighbouring hotel but we didn't have any problems with this. We didn't find much to do in the surrounding area but we think that's just Bentota. However, the hotel is a very short walk away from the beach.
