"The staff are amazing, so sweet and attentive! We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Natura. The resort is a perfect size, the pools are clean and good sizes. The food is great. Clean rooms , although there are part of the room that need more attention like the bathroom doors and shower doors are in need of repair. However they didnt affect our experience there at all. All the restaurants are decent, especially Portofino. Shout out the Alfredo who make the evening so fun and memorable. My favourite is CoCo cafe, the unlimited softserve and smoothies are so wonderful. "
