"Good morning, In my opinion, having the TV on in the entry lobby would improve the overall atmosphere. Additionally, the A/C should be running, as it gets very hot in that area. The current environment at the entrance is not very welcoming. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and I truly believe these small details—such as having the TV on, ensuring proper air conditioning, and turning on the electric chimney—would make a significant difference in the guest experience. Thank you for your attention to these details."

"Everything was good, the only thing that ay have improvement is the breakfast they offer. The line get really long and slow since they only have two persons doing everything. There was only one waiter that was running all over the place trying to keep everything in order on his own. "

"Rooms were clean, the parking was more than ample and the staff were very kind. The only two things that were bothersome were that the bathroom extractor didn’t work, so that made the whole room swampy after someone took a bath, and the rooms weren’t really soundproof, so you could hear every car and person passing outside."

"Absolutely unacceptable experience. I left multiple items in the room and I know with certainty they were there before I checked out. When I reached out, I was told nothing was found, which is extremely suspicious. It’s hard not to question the integrity of the cleaning staff when personal belongings just “disappear.” This is a serious breach of trust, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before staying here. Management needs to take accountability and address this immediately."
