「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mont Sant! The photos do not do it justice. The rooms are spread out and situated within lush foliage (bamboo, fruit trees, flowers, ferns, and much more) so that they seem very private and secluded. The hotel sits part way up a large incline that leads to a castle fortress. You can walk or bike the path to the castle (recommend sneakers and water) or drive. The castle lies along a self-guided walking path that continues down the incline, past the hotel, and...

「Host was very friendly and welcoming. Disappointed to have booked a suite with a kitchen, to find a cooktop and microwave but no cooking pots or pans or bowls or mugs. No hot water to the kitchen sink. The fresh towels were appreciated. Local cafe provided a very pleasant breakfast, included in the tariff. Still waiting for the welcome drink! Unexpectedly noisy with people coming and going the second night.」

「A very atmospheric hotel with friendly, helpful, sociable managers. A great transformation from an old rail station to a very comfortable establishment. Easy walk to town, spacious rooms, and good ambience in the main restaurant and lobby areas. Would easily return. Laid-back managers were very flexible about check-out. 」
