Keine Nichtraucherzimmer vorhanden

Trotz Buchung eines Nichtraucherzimmers und explizitem Hinweis beim Check-in wurde leider ein Raucherzimmer zugewiesen. Auf freundliche Bitte zum Wechsel wurde nach ca. 30 Minuten ein neues Zimmer vergeben, welches rauchfrei sein sollte. Hier fand sich ebenfalls ein Aschenbecher, doch war der Nikotinduft durch ein sehr starkes Duftspray kurzzeitig überlagert. Beide Zimmer waren nur unzureichend gereinigt (Haare, Glasscherben, Schmutz). Positiv zu erwähnen ist nur das freundliche Personal und die günstige Lage zum Flughafen (Fahrt per Uber 30Minuten).

到着が深夜で「今からﾎｯﾄｼｬﾜｰは使えますか？」と聞くと従業員は「もちろん使えます。」と答えましたが、お湯は出ませんでした。それがﾏｲﾅｽﾎﾟｲﾝﾄです。翌日、ﾀｸｼｰを頼んだのですが、なかなかつかまりませんでした。でも何度も電話したりしながら呼んでくれました。英語が不慣れな私にｽﾏﾎの画面で目的地までの料金や車の番号などを見せてくれて車に乗るまで見届けてくれました。
