I had a great stay @ Keys Select. Staff are very courteous, allowed an early check-in and the breakfast was awesome Keep up the great work!

The hotel room ambience and amenities were great. The staff were very helpful, prompt, and courteous. The cafe and food was also really good. The dirt and mud near the front gate needs immediate addressing, it is a major inconvenience.

Comfortable stay according to Indian standards

Rooms are well maintained. Looked clean and comfortable. Restrooms were good. Not so hot water at night. I really liked the room concept- cute little writings all over the place. Toiletries included shampoo, shower gel, soap, dental kit, soap, moisturiser. Housekeeping service was not so good. I called many times for water bottles and tissues since they were finished, but nobody came. I had to finally find the housekeeping boy myself and get those. Although the hotel this feedback at checkout. Breakfast was fine. More veg options. Non veg included steamed fish, chicken sausages only; and of course the mighty omelette. Beer is very expensive at the bar. Overall, it was fine.

Why was this hotel charged equivalent to Marriot which I stayed during weekend. When I saw a price of $150 I thought it will be atleast close to Marriot if not like Marriot. It was so disappointing to pay this price for a cheap hotel. They normally charge $50 max like a Red Roof Inn in US and the rate was hiked up not sure if it was by Expedia or KEys itself. Expedia should not have allowed this kind of a price when they are not worth it. Expedia should have controlled Keys pricing not sure why they don’t do that. Why pay price of Bentley for a standard Chrysler car.?

Quiet location for electronic city, Bangalore.

The “happy stays” comments scattered around the hotel on the bathroom condiments or the placemats or the coffee mugs are an innovative touch and the stay is quiet. If there is one negative, then it has to be that the restaurant offers little choice for the western palate for breakfast and evening buffet choices - but the pleasant staff more than make up for this absence.

Good location, but corridor smells bad

Good and cheap hotel closer to Bangalore 'Industrial town'. Friendly staffs and very good restaurant. Hotel corridor and bed sheet was smelly.

Good choice near EC

Good: Close to EC, reasonably clean, economical, great food choices, polite staff, easy check-in/check-out Bad: 1. Cleanliness: My first stay was very good, but the 2nd time I was there, the room floor was dusty. Especially the corners. Informing them had no effect. 2. Effectiveness: If everything goes fine for you, then it's great. But if you make a complaint, expect it not to be resolved, unless you make multiple attempts. I called twice - once for internet and another time to complain about the dusty floor. Though the people I spoke were polite and assured me that things would be taken care of, nothing actually happened. 3. Some rooms are noisier than the others - the traffic noise problem can be avoided if you ask the reception for a quieter room when you check in. In general, I'd recommend this hotel for a short stay if you have to go to EC everyday. I think they have the best price among the hotels near EC. But I think they have to pay more attention to cleanliness before they start losing customers for this reason - the corridors were always littered, and when I tried to take the stairs one day, I came back and took the lift because it was very smelly (possible from a nearby restroom). I doubt if the rooms are vaccumed. It is still not too bad, but if no action is taken, it'll get worse.

Well located Hotel close to Electronic City

The Hotel is Good with Good Display of all the three meals. Although quite far from Airport, but closer to Electronic City. Good Hotel with nice staff.

The hotel building and the location is good for anyone travelling to electronic city. Also the breakfast is great. However, stinginess is very evident in this hotel. To start with, there are no basic toiletries such shampoo in the bathroom. You have to pay for it. The hotel staff is not so welcoming like it should be. There was a leakage in my bathroom.

A good business hotel near to the electronic city

Rooms are clean an well maintained and just adequate (not very spacious). Toilets are clean but toilet accessories should have been better. It is provided with only liquid soap and body wash. Staff are cooperative and service is fairly prompt. The hotel has a proper restaurant and the breakfast spread at this cost is quite good. It also has lounge bar. Travel desk is quite helpful and prompt. WiFi speed was disappointing. Location is good. Right on the main road and close to the electronic city. I would sum it up by saying it is a good value for your money.

Good value for money business hotel if you have business in southern side of Bangalore. Good restaurant. Service good. Only complaint is the poor wifi reception end of hall 2nd floor.
