Just steps from the great Arch of Trajan, this is a convenient hotel with nice rooms and excellent staff. There is a very good traditional restaurant close by. And a hotel parking garage. It was perfect for us. Benevento was really worth the stop.

Beautiful atmosphere, extremely helpful and great location central to the city. Shower drain hurt to step on and it was near the exit of shower. Small issue 😀

Over all nice property. Close to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Showers were very small. Hard to get in an out. Paint was peeling on the ceiling and walls in several places. The phone had to be replaced three times until one worked. Staff was not very friendly or helpful. They never fixed the broken safe even after us asking them repeatedly so we had to carry our valuables with us.

The shower had hairs from a previous guest and needed to have the mold cleaned from the grout. The carpets in the hallways were stained with a bleach like substance. I’m all it was more like a 3 or 2 star hotel

Lovely hotel with such friendly staff. Just a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby too.

NO GYM FACILITY
There was absolutely no gym even though this hotel indicates it has - and it even has it as facility description and a picture but the hotel does NOT have gym and reception confirmed that they do not have it

A great place to stay!
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfast! The roof garden was an extra bonus- great views! Benevento was a real surprise- a great town to visit if you want a change from the more touristy Italian towns.
