Unfortunately I was disappointed…

The rooms are large and spacious, but poor sound insulation. The staff is very nice. Parking costs €8.80 per night. The problem was, that there was No Hot Water!!!

Spent 2 days, 4 star hotel with a friendly staff, nicely decorated and very comfortable rooms.Only 1 tram stop from Valencia. Definitely recommend the place to anyone.

I stayed at a hotel for more than its normal price. There was no refrigerator in the room. The hotel's location was not good. The hotel had a 2-star status. There was a 4-star hotel in the center of Valencia for the same price on the same day.

A primo impatto la zona mi è sembrata in pochino disagiata, poi mi sono ricreduto. Hotel funzionale e bello, personale preparato, educato ed efficiente. Camera e colazione ok. A voler trovare un difetto per forza voglio dire alla direzione di mettere dei tappetini antiscivolo nelle docce perchè sono parecchio scivolose. Provata anche la pizzeria...ottima.

Due ragazze, camera doppia, era pronta ancor prima dell’inizio del check-in. Ci ha colpito subito la pulizia e l’arredamento dell’hotel. Camera profumatissima e pulitissima. Ad accoglierci personale gentilissimo e disponibile a tutte le ore del giorno. La struttura si trova al centro di un contesto tranquillo e riservato. Nonostante sia fuori dal centro città, la struttura è collegata benissimo con i mezzi di trasporto quindi tutta la città è facilmente raggiungibile. Struttura consigliatissima.

A las habitaciones les hace falta una actualización y mejorar la insonorización. En mi caso, con una puerta que daba acceso a otra habitación, a pesar de estar completamente cerrada, escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que el huésped de al lado decía y “hacía”. Con eso y la cama algo pequeña, mi descanso no fue todo lo agradable que esperaba. Difícil de aparcar en la zona, pero hay aparcamiento en el hotel. El servicio muy atento, el desayuno correcto

Para no repetir.

Para entrar al parking hay que poner el coche en un montacargas. Si el coche es tirando a grande lo pasarás mal para entrar o salir. La habitación huele a humedad, paredes empapeladas que revelan dicha humedad así como la moqueta. Situado en un barrio "peculiar". Limpieza justita. Un solo punto de enchufes en toda la habitación, 2. Sin nevera. Baño aceptable. En cuanto al restaurante el buffet de desayuno es correcto pero para cenar una sola camarera que necesita el apoyo de la recepcionista, servicio del todo insuficiente. 4 estrellas le quedan muy muy grandes.
