「Best location within the palace walls」

「We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.」

「Wonderful value for money」

「This property is located within the walls of Old Town Split. I was unaware that a taxi could not drop me off at the door. I recently had surgery, and needed help with my luggage. The staff made all the arrangements, and provided someone to walk with me to meet my transportation. The staff went way beyond what they had to do to help me!」

「Great place just off the track enough to be quiet but close enough to walk to everywhere. Staff were very nice and helpful」

「The staff of hotel is good and friendly, they come out to the lift lobby for helping me to pick up the luggage. Also the location is great and many restaurants around. However, there has a pub in ground floor and a bit noisy, I can heard the music even I stay in 3rd floor, but the noise was stopped around midnight. 」

「Right in the old city centre, good location, nicely-furnished, a very unique experience to stay, with a sense of history! The owner is nice and helpful. They even have washing and drying machines, we love it. 」

「Location was convenient to walk to the old city stores and restaurants, however looking out of the window in the room was a junkyard, scrap metal and other debris The bathroom was fabulous with very modern fixtures. The electric lock system was wonderful not having a physical key was great 」

「Location is great and it's close to old town. The challenge is that it's very hard to find parking in the area even for paid parking and the roads are narrow making it hard to get out once you are inside and no parking space are found. The owner is very prompt in replying to questions and facilities that needed adjustment. Please note that it is on 1st floor and there is no elevator so guests with mobility issue may find this a challenge.」
