"The room was spotless and newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was good. It was a refrigerator in the room. Amazing location amazing location. Note; my travel was late and I communicated to the hotel that I was gonna be late and they waited for me. It’s important to communicate to them if you’re gonna be late. The room is on the third floor so if you’re travelling with big luggage get ready for a climb "

"I’m glad I chose Piazza Heritage Hotel — it’s beautiful and very convenient. The only complaint we had was that the air-conditioning unit made noise every half hour, which disrupted our sleep at times. But overall, it was a great stay. "The hotel owner was so friendly and helpful. He picked us up at the airport, helped us with our bags, provided all kinds of tips and helpful information. We extended our stay a night due to a cancelled flight and he was able to accomodate us. The restaurant that provides the bed and breakfast packed a lunch for us for one of our tours at no charge. The location was superb!"
