「We checked in on July 3, 2026. Shortly after arrival, we took the elevator and immediately noticed there was no air conditioning. The elevator also became stuck and began trembling, which was very frightening. We repeatedly pressed the buttons to open the doors before they finally released. When we reached our floor, the hallway was also without air conditioning. Upon entering the room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned and the bed was not fully made or properly dressed. Due...

「This hotel is very cute, clean and centrally located to the downtown Leonardtown area. Parking was very accessible and easy and I loved that breakfast was included. My only issue was the woman working at the front desk when we checked in. She was grumpy and not very friendly. We arrived at noon so we understood it was early and that all of our rooms might not yet be ready, but she seemed annoyed at us! And didn’t offer any accommodations to help us settle in after a 7 hour drive.」

「There were mini complications upon my arrival. No key cards the ENTIRE stay & charging me twice, due to their error. Disregarding that, the front desk staff member was very accommodating. He was very patient with me & my plus one. Overall, a great experience. I booked the jacuzzi room. I must say, I just might book again. No complaints about the room. No complaints about the staff, they were very understanding. 7/10 review, if I had a key card & wasn’t charged two amounts it would’ve been a 10.」
