「Terrific location. Having the Deschutes running through the property was lovely. The restaurant is nice with a very attentive staff.」

「Brasada charged me the $150 incidental fee and will not refund me. I keep getting the run around. Its been over a month. My bank says brasada wont release the funds and THEY need to refund me. I call and get sent to a voicemail to leave messages that NEVER get replied too. Fraudulent charge, im going to have to report them to the BBB」

「Rooms were beautiful and bikes were free to use. Town was small and quiet and beautiful」

「Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?」

「Very easy going. Check in was simple even tho I made reservations last minute. Nice quiet relaxing stay. We would stay there again. 」
