「Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay in the city center. However, the condition of the rooms and the overall feel of the hotel don’t really match a true 5-star standard. That said, the service is excellent and the staff were very helpful. One thing I found quite strange for a 5-star hotel is that there were no slippers in the room. Also, the toiletries shown in the hotel photos did not match what was actually provided. In general, it was still a good stay, but expectations...

「This hotel is absolutely amazing. Worth 5*. Decor and rooms are high quality, clean and cosy. Staff is exceptional throughout the hotel but the best thing is the food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were the highlights of our stay. We are a demanding couple but have no remarks on this hotel. Keep up the good work and this level of quality. 「Great stay at a great location! Just about ten minutes of walk from plaza Catalunya, the very center of the city. Good service. The breakfast was delicious and fresh made! All the facilities were new, clean and comfortable. Especially the view on the terrace was beautiful! Would definitely like to stay at this hotel again.」

「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「this was our third location at edition hotels, which was also the most astonishing one of em all. the mattress feels like it’s been used for 50 years, you sink into the bed not lying on it, pretty ridiculous for a FIVE STAR HOTEL. some doorman / doorwoman don’t open the door for you, but they do open the door for white ppl. however, the cleaning crew are very very nice with no exception, that was the only relief to our overall staying. 」
