Very pleasant old fashioned hostal on the Vía de la Plata, which I was walking. Very helpful dueña, nice location, bath a bit small but that's normal in Spain.

It was expensive for what you got. The previous night we paid the same amount for an Ibis the property doesn’t have air conditioning and not even a fan in the room. It was 35 degrees outside so this was unacceptable. They just need to put a fan in every room for those that need it. Overall it was clean and tidy and did the job. We were cycle touring and although we could keep the bikes indoors locked to the stairs, it wasn’t what I call secure.

Pas de parking, or, bien stipulé qu'il y en avait un sur le site de l'hôtel. Rapport qualité-prix : peut mieux faire. Personne à 8h du matin... Nous ne reviendrons pas, fortement déçus.
