"After driving all day through the highlands, we reached the inn. There were no signs informing us as to where to park or where to check in. This motel is in a fairly remote location so we were hoping to have dinner in the next door restaurant which is apparently part the motel. At 6:00 pm the restaurant was empty but we were told in a rather rude way and without apology that the place is booked. When we came back at 8 the place was empty. Weird place. Rude staff. Room was absolutely fine."

"A very comfortable Highland Hotel. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. A nice touch was the tea and coffee in the room with delicious shortbread! Good bar ( with resident cat, Seymour) and spacious restaurant."

"Kim was fantastic and cheerful to chat to each morning. Location of guesthouse very good and close to golf club and platform 1864 restaurant. Nice coffee and continental breakfast. Had trouble getting out of bathroom wirh wet hands and circular door handle . I left towel outside like silly sod lol."
