「Poor」

「I was given a single room with a single bed for me and my teenage son. I paid for a double room and I was told that I couldn't get any room at first because the hotel was overbooked. I was given a single room with a queen size after insisting. The beds metal was out. Im still recovering.」

「Great location with international and local restaurants. Just be aware the sound pollution might be high if your room is facing the street but it did not bother us much」

「The staff were really friendly and helpful We always had a chat - not sure if that’s because we were the only Brits in Algiers and so might have been novelty value - but nevertheless they were brilliant. The location is excellent - right by the metro station However - be aware it is opposite a beautiful mosque - and so you will get the early call to prayers - and it is loud. ALSO - very positive - a taxi driver who does some work for them and lives virtually next door “Youcef Sabour”...

「L'hôtel est très bien situé et c'est un bel hôtel, je ne trouve pas qu'il mérite les 5 étoiles ma chambre était propre mais l'aspirateur n'a pas été passé avant mon arrivée. Le lit n'était pas bien fait, mais je n'ai pas eut gain de cause au près de la gouvernante je n'ai pas insisté. Le personnel est très serviable et fait de son mieux pour vous faciliter la vie. La restauration n'est pas exceptionnelle mais le service est tellement professionnel que cela compense. Piscine très belle et...
