This place was fine for a couple nights of sleep and that's it. Room was tiny, giant crack in the bathroom wall, very little water pressure, breakfast was lacking. Wouldn't stay here again.

We got there at noon and couldn’t get a room. Check in time is 2pm but every single hotel I’ve been to has always allowed some flexibility, but this one hasn’t. Poor cleaning, very old towels, reception area a completely mess, with no ar conditioning. It was hot like hell and they kept all doors open to save energy bill I guess… all in all, one of the worst hotels I’ve been to.

Quarto limpo e local bom. Os maiores problemas foram: no momento do checkin a atendente falou alto o numero do meu quarto e o saguão cheio. Para uma mulher viajando sozinha isso é muito perigoso. Outra coisa, a água do chuveiro no máximo morna mesmo deixando aberto um tempo e o edredon parecia sujo.

O café da manhã tem boas opções de variedades, apenas faltou leite zero lactose e no dia que quis o iogurte zero lactose não tinha. A estadia foi boa, apenas um incoveniente de que pedi uma lanche com fritas e demorou bastante, quando veio, a batata estava fria e murcha total. O lanche frio também, como se tivesse ficado parado o pedido depois de feito. Mas ao comentar com a atendente do restaurante, foi trocado na hora.

Limpeza deixa a desejar

O hotel em geral é confortável e a equipe mto prestativa. Só tenho que dar nota ruim para a limpeza dos quartos que não é feita de forma adequada e, o café da manhã, é beeem ruim. Bolos secos e duros, sucos industrializados e não in natura, pouca reposição e itens.
