Really nice staff. I Checked in at 2:00 Am. They greeted me at the door . took my suitcase out of the Uber. Checked me in and walked me to by room.just an amazing experience. Definitely going back !!

It was my forth time staying in this great hotel. It fills like you are in a real small resort. Beautiful place, I enjoyed a nice sauna this time, had a such good meal and these hotel is located in a such nice area with a beautiful view.

The property is neat, clean, safe, and in a convenient location to explore the wonderful lake walkway with all the shopping, dining, or just relaxing walking you would like. The staff is friendly and professional and the buffet breakfast of Minas Gerais specialties is wonderful.. We certainly hope to return soon, thank you! :) <3

The balcony had a beautiful view of the lake. The staff were very polite. However, the bathroom looked old, and sort of rundown. There was a drunk guest lying down in the hallway. It felt very unsafe.

love everything except the mattress . I believe hotel could invest in better mattress because is such an important if not the most important part of our trip - I want to recover and wake up refreshed- staff was able to change us to a different room where the mattress was reasonably better; but everything else was perfect!
