The Hotel in general was Good, but the bedroom cleaning wasn’t. The restroom was smelling bad. The licalization was great and the reception team was good as well. The breakfast was pretty good.

Dayrell Hotel is an older property located near Santuário São José church in the center of Belo Horizonte. It is well kept and well managed. We enjoyed our stay and found the staff very nice and helpful. We enjoyed walking and exploring the area around the hotel during the day time. Good value for money!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The area by the pool was well kept and it is a great place to relax while watching the beautiful mountains in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient area in the city. Breakfast was very good, but they need to replace the dishes more often. They need to keep in mind that it is a big hotel with a lot of guests. Some of the days I was not able to eat scrambled eggs, because the pot was very small and the kitchen staff did not replace it. Also the cheese bread were delicious, but for a few times they almost let it burned. A suggestion for the tables: cover them with plastic table cloth so it will be easier to clean and the table cloth will not get dirty as we saw. We spent 3 weeks in the hotel. It is a nice hotel, cleaned lobby and common areas.

Worth it!

I was staying at a hostel that didn’t have AC. I noticed this hotel as I was walking past it. I asked if they had rooms available and was told yes and the rates. I looked on hotels.com and found it for a bit cheaper than if I had booked in person. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good as well.

The check is slow takes long to complete , the system seems to be out of date. The bathroom faucet, pipes are too old , the water doesn’t flow well . The bide cover is damaged . The internet signal is very poor .

I traveled from America to visit my girlfriend in Brazil and every time we came back to the hotel, she was immediately stopped at the the elevator and treated as if she had some type of disease. She was told that I wasn't allowed to have visitors in my room which is weird because I am a 54 year old man and a paying customer. I checked out of my room early the next day . 4 days remaining on my stay and I was never offered my money back or any type of reimbursement. Very shady experience. I've traveled many places but never have been told I couldn't have visitors in my room. And they kept my money !! Don't come to this place!! They treat you as if you're in a concentration camp !

Estadia de apenas um dia. Ótimo Atendimento. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Ótima localização. Próximo ao Santuário São José, missa às 11h30; e da Feira de Artezanato; do Shopping Cidade; de comércio farto; da confeitaria Momo e outros restaurantes. A piscina na cobertura foi uma surpresa. A recepção foi excelente. Os funcionários Rodrigo e Daniel foram extremamente atenciosos. O café da manhã tem variedades de cozinha internacional. O restaurante Podicherry tem um valor bastante acessível e comida bastante boa. Não pude aproveitar a sauna pois a temperatura estava em 29 graus, vem abaixo do que se espera.

Já me hospedei várias vezes no Dayrell e sempre fui muito bem atendido. As acomodações são muito boas e, nesta última, fiquei em um quarto reformado e estava excelente, exceto pelo motivo da tranca da porta onde fica o frigobar estar quebrada. Em resumo, o Dayrell é uma excelente opção.

Muito decepcionante a segunda estadia

Pela segunda vez em 2 semanas, os hospedamos neste hotel. A primeira, semana passada, fomos acomodados em um quarto totalmente reformado, limpo, com conforto e um banheiro ótimo, tudo novo. Desta vez, na semana atual, nos colocaram em um quarto antigo, apesar da diária mais cara que a anteior, com cortinas velhas, banheiro com azulejos pintados (mal pintados, por sinal), com torneiras tortas, quase soltas, vazamento na ducha higiênica e um atendimento ruim pelo garçom do restaurante que nos levou um pedido ao quarto, sequer nos levou talheres e guardanapos, tendo que pedí-los, enquanto nosso lanche esfriava, sem poder comê-lo. Não pedi pra trocar de quarto, pois estávamos cansados da viagem e minha esposa operada, não queria submetê-la a mais estresse. Muito decepcionante.
