「Clean room, great staff, wonderful area to stay」

「Our stay was pleasant. All the staff were friendly. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was great. 」

「The property was good but the staff was exceptional!! I have never been welcomed with such kindness!! The staff bent over backwards to make my long stay comfortable. I will return in 2026!!! Thank you everyone!」

「Check in smooth. Staff is friendly, Only problem was the hallway to casino closed. They did have a shuttle for the 2 block walk. Temperature outside was very cold so we used the shuttle.」

「Very pleased. Check-in was easy. Room was small & basic but well maintained. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Only problem: bathroom door is an accordion-fold, and it doesn't close all the way. Minor gripe: Weather was very pleasant that day but room was See Oh Ell Dee COLD when we arrived because air-con was full blast. Napp's is definitely worth the price!」

「Greeted upon arrival and given tour and history of property. Short time later provided cheese tray and choice of wine on screened in porch with the other guests, followed by fresh baked cookies. Very enjoyable. Short walk to the downtown area for all the dining and shopping areas, great location. Room was very clean and in good condition. Slept very well on the bed. We will stay here again on another Galena visit. 」
