Je déplore le jour de mon arrivée car il n'y avait personne à l'accueil pour me recevoir pendant un demie-heure.

Le relai a pu être beau à une époque mais il semble subir une phase de déchéance : odeur d égout dans la chambre, coulures jaunes sur les murs, beurre rance, yaourt moisi, petit-déjeuner qui ne correspond pas au menu annoncé, terrasse aux planches cassées qui manquent de vous faire perdre une cheville. Heureusement, la literie était confortable et le repas du soir au restaurant était bon. Globalement très déçue concernant le rapport qualité/prix.

Hotel désuet, mais restaurant de bonne qualité

Nous pensions avoir choisi le meilleur hotel de Bellême .... Aïe! L'accueil est juste chaleureux, et l'équipement de l'hotel est d'un autre temps, mobiliers vieillots, moquettes usées, pas de climatisation, salle de bains des années 70. Le tout pour un prix assez élevé: 115 euros un samedi soir du mois de juillet ! Heureusement, la restauration et le service du restaurant sont d'un niveau de qualité supérieure aux prestations hotelières qui, elles, méritent 2 étoiles avec bienveillance

Ancienne bâtisse, personnel sympa, pain excellent

L'accueil est très bon et tout le personnel est très agréable. Aucun problème d'insonorisation avec les chambres voisines pendant mon séjour (en basse saison), mais les bruits de la rue peuvent déranger les personnes très sensibles d'autant que le double vitrage n'est pas de dernière génération. Pas d'avis sur la qualité des repas car je n'ai dîné que le lundi, jour de menu unique. Le petit déjeuner est convenable. Quand il y a le choix en fromage, c'est super mais ce n'est pas le cas tous les jours. Le pain est vraiment excellent, que ce soit pour le dîner ou le petit déjeuner... c'est important pour ce dernier.

Attention la réception de l'hôtel "3 étoiles" n'ouvre qu'a 18 heures .. bien tard pour ce genre d'hôtel. Suite a notre conversation téléphonique, la direction nous a communiqué le code d'entrée et nous avons pu récupérer la clé de la chambre. La chambre est dans une annexe .

Bon rapport qualité prix

Excellent accueil mais temps maussade ! Le bar est très sympathique, le chauffage dans les chambres est bien et le lit est très confortable Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais pour 1 nuit c'est parfait et il y a de quoi prendre un thé pour le café c'est du café soluble, cela ne vaut pas la Nespresso mais c'est appréciable. La douche est très bien et l'eau chaude parfaite!

Séjour très plaisant dans un magnifique village

Accueil très agréable, cadre général très plaisant. Grande Salle de Bains. La chambre aurait pu dans l'idéal être un peu plus spacieuse, mais le séjour était excellent dans l'ensemble.

Hôtel mignon, chambre cosy mais la salle de bain( surtout la douche) ne correspond pas avec le style de la chambre. Le matin pour le petit déjeuner vous êtes "attendu" ce qui n'est pas très agréable. De plus, à part la petite Corbeille de viennoiserie, le petit déjeuner n'est pas bien garni (à 9h il n'y avait plus grand chose ...). Cependant, Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent!

Un accueil charmant pour une maison avec le charme de l'authentique et ses chambres très "cosy" (lit baldaquin, meuble de style...). Dommage je n'ai pu goûter à la gastronomie de la maison car le restaurant était fermé pour la semaine. Ce sera pour une prochaine fois... En bref un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Le relais Saint Louis est remarquable

Le relais Saint Louis est remarquable par l'accueil attentionné et personnalisé que l'on y reçoit. La chambre (très spacieuse) et la salle de bains étaient parfaitement propres et qui plus est ergonomiques, lampes de chevet et valets fonctionnels, etc. Le chef du restaurant est remarquable et le repas servi le soir était digne d'un restaurant étoilé. Bref, ne pas manquer cet endroit exceptionnel.

Lousy service in a great location.

Turned up in the evening to discover the restaurant was not open on Mondays. Breakfast consisted of a warm(ish) drink, a glass of orange juice and a croissant with no plate to eat it on, and nothing else. Returned in the evening eager to try the restaurant out, turns out it is closed again (Tuesday). Try the Normandy country club round the corner, the food there was great and the accommodation looks good to.

Erg strak geleid hotel, weinig gastvrijheid en wamrte. Geen flexibiliteit. Diner was goed, maar je moest vooraf beslissen of je al dan niet kaas en/of dessert wilde nuttigen. Ook moest direct bij aankomst een lijstje met wensen ingevuld worden voor het ontbijt de volgende dag.Prijs /kwaliyteit kamer liet te wensen over. Kleine kamer/klein bed.Hotel viel tegen t.o.v. de categorie 3 cheminees. We hebben in die categorie elders veel beter ervaren.

Lovely

I just stayed one night at this hotel so I could easily catch the early morning ferry.....what a mistake. The hotel was really nice, staff very helpful and cheerful and overall really good value for money. The room was really nice with a sea view (twin) and had loads of light from the three windows. Didn't eat in the hotel but the restaurant looked nice.

Bonne surprise pour un 2 étoiles

Très bonne qualité d’hôtel pour un 2 étoiles, il est très propre et la chambre que nous avons eu était très mignonne. Le seul bémol est la libération de la chambre à 10h devrait être signalé car c'est plutôt que la majorité des hôtels et est ennuyeux si vous prenez la chambre pour une soirée dans les environs...
