「Staff were rude. Would not allow my niece in the hotel who was staying in the second room I booked. Told her she had to be staying at the hotel and she said she was but they did not believe her and would not let her in. They were incredibly rude. She gave her room number but the room was under my brothers name and so they would not let her. But the room was for 2 people and it is their fault they did not ask for the name of the second person. She was there when I checked in. Incredibly impolite....

「Rien à redire sur le personnel, ni meme sur la propreté de la chambre Mais l’hôtel est très vétuste, mauvaises odeurs dans les couloirs masquées par du parfum. Une chambre minuscule avec une cabine combinant toilette douche et lavabo vraiment tres petite. Presque rien a manger au petit déjeuner. On est sur un hotel du niveau F1 ou première classe, ca ne vaut pas plus de 50 euros la nuit.」

「Bon séjour (2 nuits pour affaires), chambre propre, petit déjeuner classique mais efficace, personnel aimable, serviable et surtout compréhensif. Un "rafraichissement" global l'hôtel serait prévu en 2026 et permettrait de plus apprécier la qualité de cet hôtel à la superbe vue. Je recommande cet hôtel. 」
