It is an excellent hotel with vert attentive guest services or experience team. Bassil and Roshan were amazing and very helpful. Spa were decent and needs more improvement. Food options and restaurants were good. Wifi needs to be speed and have a coverage across the resorts. Overall, happy with the stay. Thank you One and only team

Unique experience
We have traveled a lot, but our stay at Saint Geran was definitely a unique experience. For starters, the whole resort was simply beautiful! The white marble floors, high ceilings with luxurious fusion decor, tall palm trees lining the alleys next to the white sandy beaches and turquoise ocean made an indelible impression on us. Secondly, the service was simply incredible. It seemed like each member of the staff knew us by our name and seemed genuinely interested in our wellbeing. Honestly, as a newlywed, I must admit that I did not get tired of hearing myself being called as Mrs. S.. and someone being constantly concerned of how is Mrs. S doing and Mrs S. is it time for your afternoon Piña Colada yet? 😄 The service was simply impressive, along with the delicious food, overwhelming breakfast buffet, and the unique chef’s table experience at the Tapasake restaurant, where we ended up dining each evening of our stay simply because the food was so delicious and we couldn’t get enough of it. Finally, the last but not the least is the Villa, which was so cozy and so beautiful that it felt like an experience itself with all its special characteristics and comforts. We did not want to leave this resort!

Geniales Top-Hotel. Personal super, zum Beispiel auch das Housekeeping! Kleiner Abstrich: In den Restaurants mit hervorragendem Essen war das Personal für unseren Geschmack manchmal etwas gar zu aufdringlich freundlich. Zudem wurde der Rotwein oft zu kalt serviert. Dass das Wetter in Mauritius in dieser Woche oft nicht mitspielte und das Nachtessen im Openair-Restaurant mit Pullover und Jacke angesagt war, dafür konnte das Saint-Géran nichts. Fazit: Ein Super-Hotel (das aber seinen Preis hat) und sehr empfehlenswert ist, auch mit seiner Top-Infrastruktur!

Things to take into consideration before booking.
Food is terrible with the expedition of breakfast. If you plan on lounging by the pool; prepare to pay a ridiculous expensive minimum consumption to use a bed. I was supposed to have a butler who never ever showed up. Concierge is rude and not helpful.

Hotel is in very good condition Super breakfast buffet Great Beach options , sides lokking over different type of water. Cleanlineass of the facilities, room and beach is impeccable. Hotel is newly renovated
The hotel is a comfortable and beautiful property. Everything is very new and sparkles. The live band after dinner was a nice touch and the cafe off of the main lobby was an added bonus. All of the staff was very help and pleasant.

Great hotel for young families
Beautiful hotel . Great for families with small children. Fantastic buffet and breakfast. Amazing service. Loved The Point even though the food could have been better. Loved the early evening Dj with the fire pits. Shame you couldn’t eat there after 6-30pm. Perfect place for a bbq . Tried the Japanese and sadly it wasn’t great . We had to send the vegetables back . Fantastic gym tennis courts spa etc. Just felt it was lacking in something for our age group.

Beautiful hotel with a slip-up on departure
Excellent service, but my pre-arranged collection taxi was not allowed to enter the grounds so my luggage and I were transported to the gate on a buggy! a poor end to a great stay.

Full marks to all the staff.
Amazing place, staff, location, food, activities and weather. What could be better? Really the friendliest and most service oriented place we've visited for a long time. Need to go on a diet now though!!!

Perfektes Resort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen
Ein Resort mit tollem Service an einer traumhaften Bucht gelegen. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit vielen Tieren wie zB einem Kranich.

Needs improvement to what it used to be
Overall experience was satisfactory but not worth the money we paid. Hotel needs a revamp and staff have become a but complacent and lack energy to provide superior service. Not enough personal attention given relative to previous stay
