「The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.」

「Had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. This was our second time here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room smelled like it was just cleaned. Shower and hot tub were amazing. The only downside was the chairs are outdated and not very comfortable to sit in for a long period. Highly recommend staying despite that!」

「This hotel was very functional. The upgrade we received was to a very nice suite room. This room was very good - very clean smelling and looking. The only downside was that the kitchen did not have any pots or pans for use on the stove, and very, very limited dishware. But since we weren’t really looking to use the kitchen area it was not a problem for us. The staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast included standard fare - waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, yogurt and...
