「Bathroom was under construction No linen or pillows on the bed A/C didn't work I called the front desk to complain but no one answered I left emeditly and had to sleep in my car I want a total refund」

「The room was very comfortable with high end furnishings. The resort is adjacent to the marina and the Galley Restaurant and a sports bar. Food is excellent and drinks cold. Highly recommend」

「I'm a diabetic and requested a room with a refrigerator. The agent that checked me in was not helpful as all the dining room was closed but a kind lady gave me some ice. Went out and came back around 11pm or so restaurant was closed so I could not get any ice. Went to the front desk and explained my situation. Room was immediately change to one with a refrigerator」

「The location is definitely one to enjoy being on a marina and it is truly family friendly with its playground availability. A few things to note, the rooms are mature and in need a renovation. They make you well aware that there is a surcharge for WiFi (realistically, who wants to pay for that in this day and age) so it creates an even deeper and intentional quality time with family.
