Had ocean view but no chairs on tiny patio. Upgraded our room but our friends had a way bigger room. Guess upgrade was the tiny balcony. Breakfast buffet was horrible 2 days in a row. Lunch they would not bring food out to pool area and had to go eat Chinese buffet inside. Was silly because the first day they brought out the best chicken fingers I ever had to pool chair. Dave was awesome server

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and the rooms were super quiet. I know I had someone next door to me, but never heard them. I arrived in the evening so did not use the pool. It sure looked inviting though. I would stay here again without hesitation.

What impressed me the most is I felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. Quiet location and close to the airport. My bed was super comfortable with high quality bedding. Overall it is a very nice hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it as a family hotel. It looks more suited for business/adult stay.

The shuttle from the ferry was great, the driver had a sign with my name. Easy. We had a great Room upgrade. A view over the river. 👍the room was spotless, all amenities there, we did not swim, were only overnight there. Flying out the next day. Drove ourselves. You just wish all your hotel experiences were like this. 😀

Everything was very nice. And we were treated very nice. We did not get a room upgrade, but will next time get the room we liked before. I do not know if that is/or was an upgrade. Or just another room, but it does have windows, which we always like.

The check-in staff was wonderful (Kenneth, Denise) in making sure our accommodations were great. Our waiter (Freddie) was awesome in providing terrific service. Had a great room overlooking the river with a perfect view to watch the sunrise. A new facility with spacious and comfortable rooms. It was a great stay.

I got a room with no windows. I don’t remember if that was specified in the booking. I was there for less than 24 hours, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but still made me a little uncomfortable. Service and food was very good!

This is a beautiful upcoming hotel close to the airport and water taxi! The staff was amazing especially Freddy, he took real good care of us! Check-in and out was pretty easy and smooth. It was also very clean and bed was really comfortable! My favorite thing was the pool and the view! The only thing I would add is some entertainment as there is nothing else close in proximity to do besides the casino. I must say the hotel shuttle was available for an additional cost! The food and drinks were pretty good!!

I had a reservation at Grand Resort & Residences, Belize City from January 31 to February 3, 2026, but was unable to arrive due to a severe snowstorm that grounded flights in Charlotte, NC. I was stranded for two days, sleeping at the airport the first night and receiving hotel and food vouchers from American Airlines the second night. I understand the non-refundable policy, but this was an uncontrollable weather emergency. After contacting Expedia and the property directly, no refund or accommodation was offered. I paid for a stay I never began. I hope management considers more flexibility in unavoidable emergency situations.

Beautiful property. The room was comfortable and clean. We were not supplied with wash rags. When we asked the front desk about them, they said we should have them.???? The room was very dark due to no windows.

I found the staff disorganized and even short staffed. Dinner in the restaurant was an ordeal. Everything took so long. Our room was very nice.
